Purchasing Winamp Pro in Europe

I live in Belgium and when I try to purchase Winamp Pro I get an error message:

"We're Sorry.

The products you have selected are not available in your area.

Please contact a local distributor to obtain your product.

(Error Number: 30053013 - 0)"

Duh????? Local distributors?? For a download?

How do I get Winamp Pro? I find it hard to believe that AOL doesn't want the money from 350 million potential European customers...
