Mp3 Volume & Sound quality converter?

I want to be able to play my mp3's to people while linked up to Night club speakers. The only problem is that all my mp3's have different sound quality and out put volume levels. Is there anything out there that can convert my mp3's in to the same kind of output volume level and quality for each individual tune that plays?
