The forums blowed up?

A while ago, I was not able to access the forums, I got a 404 error. Earlier, it was running extremely slow.

Was it just me, or was nobody able to get on? Is it just a coincidence that as I post this, there are only 5 people viewing the forum?

it's because we lack winamp.com independence. Teh graphics and stylesheet are hosted over there. When winamp.com goes down (which happens more then forums.winamp.com), the forums drag to a crawl while everything times out.

Lol, so, AOL blowed up, which caused Winamp.com to go down, which caused the forums to go down.

Alrighty, the whole world makes sense now...

Possibly. However, it upset me, because I had to ask a question on some different forums, and 1 hour later, I still didn't have a reply .

So, I'ma gonna go check if anyone has replied, and if not, I'll come back and post it in the good ole winamp forums!
