id3 track tag info not streaming

all playlist tracks in winamp show tag info (artist/title/year), but when streaming only get my station title, no track tag info. song playing says "unavailable."

i've gone into winamp and made sure, id3 v.1 and v.2 info both appears. and it appears when playing winamp (from my shoutcast server) as well.

i've noticed the problem when going to winamp and shoutcast sites, to check out my streaming station, and also at others computers to monitor my station.

what to do please?
