I agree, to a point. I think for a lot of women it's still kind of weird. I've never delved into it personally, so I don't really know. Never really came up, I guess. Very close to the truth with that statement. However it is not actually a 'Male Fantasy'. That is just another of those 'Man made Concepts'.
It is more to do with 'Control and Domination'. Remember, after all you are are a mammal and therefore an Animal and you have inherant genetic traits that stretch back over millenia. This is one of them.

It is clearly seen in the 'Animal' world as we call it or 'Nature programs'. This is knowbn as a 'Male Domination' position and carnally it is the most powerful and shows total submission by the female.

So more 'Animal Instinct' at it's most primeveal level than 'Male Fantacy'.
