WinAmp Sound Output Signals...

Hi everyone.

I think it´s time for me to get real with the plugin stuff about winamp. I have already made several other visual plugin programs and stuff. My biggest problem is then to get the output of the bass and treble from winamp to get my program responding at these. If we imagine a song, which has a " bump..bump..bump " going on all the time, and my program is doing somethings everytime the bass value is exceeded some frequenze.
Anyway, all i need is a clue of in which area I am to get information on this bassoutput all the other winamp plug-ins uses. Please help me, and don´t take me for an idiot just because I´m green
