my bmps. wont show, help!

i have no dang idea why they wont, my zip file converts to a .wsz with no prob, but it looks exactly like a default skin. I saved all my bmps at a 226 clolors with an optimal pattete. Can some one please help me? This is my first skin and i'm very confused.
