Hi, I'm webdesigner and I often design many graphics, but how to create a WinAmp Skin? Do I need e.g. a tool -> wizard?

Just PLEASE only use the programs you find as a guide in the skinning process. Don't just flop a pic in that darned skinner program and say I'M DONE! To all that is good and decent and holy in the skinning world, please heed this request.
