How do I convert ZIP to WSZ

How do I convert Skin Zip files to a valid WSZ skin archeive format. Please help me. Email me if you know how to and tell me step by step on how to covert ZIP to WSZ.

After following the link that Sawg was so nice to provide:

If you end up with a skin named "Skin.wsz.zip", you need to go into Windows Explorer, click on View, then click on the Folder Options, then click on the View tab. Remove the check next to where it says "Hide file extensions for known file types". Click Ok. Then go back to your skin and right click to rename it to skin.wsz.
