My pledit.txt file isn't changing the playlist appearance.

Annoyingly basic first post I know, but still.

Right, so I've made this skin to go with my desktop and what not. It's all good except, the pledit.txt file just isn't doing anything, just showing the default playlist colours.

I've pasted in the example text that's often shown to 'n00bs' like me, but to no avail, I've tried all sorts of basic colours to make sure I wasn't picking some mental colours, but no.

Anyway, here's my text;

Normal=#FFFFFF
Current=#696969
NormalBG=#696969
SelectedBG=#FFFFFF
MbFG=#FFFFFF
MbBG=#696969
Font=Arial

Is there anything there which is messing it up as I seriously can't think of anything I'm doing wrong?

Any suggestions?

[Text]

code:

[Text]
Normal=#FFFFFF
Current=#696969
NormalBG=#696969
SelectedBG=#FFFFFF
MbFG=#FFFFFF
MbBG=#696969
Font=Arial

Put [text] at the top of it.

Heh, don't feel so bad. I've made twenty skins, and I don't think I even realised that there is always "[text]" at the top of it

Sow a thought, reap an action; sow an action, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a character; sow a character, reap a destiny.

All my skins: @ winamp.com @ 1K1WS @ Deviantart.com

There's "[Text]" at the top of it? Weird.

HTML files start with <html>, so it's probably the same idea.
But I never noticed that either. O_o

Who is the milkman? What is the purpose of the goggles?

I have noticed a few skins in which the author commented the pledit.txt

DON'T.

This is one of the ways to get your skin rejected, as it crashes my Winamp.
