24 Hours without Internet

Have any of you lately been this long disconnected??

I have been without internet for over 24 Hours and Honestly I didn't miss it , gave me an opportunity to do some other things (like fixing several things in and around the house)

I learned one important lesson from it , Pay the bills in time

Each Thursday a new show on Celtica Radio with Darkwave music.

I've been disconnected for a few months before. A year a little before that.

And a couple of weeks when I moved.

And when the whole east coast blackout thing happened. Though I did have alot of fun during that whole episode

When I went on vacation it was around a week. Honestly wasn't that big of a deal.

Never underestimate the bandwidth of a station wagon full of tapes hurtling down the highway.

Normally I could deal, although when I'm at college the internet is my primary connection to the world I actually care about, so I freak out when it gets disconnected.

Who is the milkman? What is the purpose of the goggles?

LOL!

The longest I've gone without the internet was 25 years.

The longest I've gone without the internet since the first time I was on it was several weeks I guess. Before it was becoming mainstream, there wasn't much there, so there wasn't much to miss anyway.

I'm a psychosomatic sister running around without a leash.

My life doesn't completely revolve around the internet... only mostly.

I could handle being disconnected for a few days. After that, I'd probably start going through withdrawals.

Just 2 weeks ago, my chipset fan burned out on my computer. I had to go about 1.5 weeks till I could replace it with a new one from the manufacturer. Yea, that was excruciating.
