Plug-in for Playlist output/File copying

I'm looking for a plug-in that, if possible, could read a saved playlist and copy all found files from their current locations to a new specified location.

If winamp cannot directly perform copy functions, is there a plug-in available that will output the contents of a playlist into a plain text file that includes each files location and name?

I need a way to mass move files inside a playlist without bringing non-listed files into the new folder (I.E spring cleaning a folder).
