Argh, I've tried everything.. even www.no-ip.com

I really dont get it!!! See, I have dial-up, which means my IP changes each time I connect.. Im not sure if that's called Static or Dynamic... See, Im a radio broadcaster.. It took me soo long to figure it out, but i actually did it.. I downloaded the Server from SHOUTcast, configured it and everything.. Anyway, Since my IP constantly changes, i dont know what to put on

http://MYIP:8000/listen.pls

I got a mask at www.no-ip.com and www.DynDNS.org but it still doesn't seem to work

see, i tried to make the link go to

http://jabbojotel.kicks-ass.net:8000/listen.pls but that doesn't work.. please PLEASE!!!
