What the hell?

I have a weerd problem. Ok, to start, I begin broadcasting a song in winamp. Now, i then open the radio stream in real player, but its behind in time when compared to the winamp stream. The winamp stream, for instance, is at 1:20 into the song, but real player is at 45 seconds. How can I fix it so it will always be up to speed with the winamp stream?

Help would be appreciated

There is no fix -- delay is the nature of the beast -- expect a longer delay for lower bitrate streams -- I'm talking minutes is typical --- Buffering is the cause, and you can't live without it.
