sorry
Its not supposed to open, heres what you do:
In the directory that contains mc.exe, make a directory called lib. In that directory, put the files std.mi and config.mi. Than, open a command prompt, navigate to the directory that contains mc.exe, than enter: ________________________ ok, in this language, I am taking it that you are referring to working out of dos, not in windows..? I have windows xp home version, have not worked in dos since before windows, can't remember how to anymore... if that is even what you are even referring to here... second... I have no clue how to write a .m file, I have no scripting knowledge at all... other then just picking apart a script to test each thing to see what happens. Then I get clues but to this point have not even seen a maki script decompressed so as to play with it to try to understand it. I have been working with the xml scripts and am getting the main jest there, sort of. code:-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- mc thescriptname.m -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I take it here that you substitute in the real name of the .m file, I really have no clue man, I am sorry, there has to be an easier way to get the results I would like. I have no problem giving scripting shout outs to someone else. creadits givien where credits are due, but I see no future in my future trying to get a maki script written and compressed. not happening man. already pulled out all my hair to the point of bald, LOL. but I do thank you all for trying to help. I just am not at a level of understand much of what you all say. just not english to me. if I give someone the button name, it's location, and the location and demensions of where I want the button placed, as well as the addies to the url(s) I want users directed to... can I get someone to create the files I need to add to my skin file to make it complete? Other wise I think it is time to scrap the skins completely. Thanks LarDee |
