Auto-scanning files

Hi , new here

Is there anyway to make a playlist wich will
auto-scan for files ?

I know how to make a new playlist , but it would
be much easier if it scans for new files everytime
i start winamp/playlist (for instance a music folder)

The media library can do that. Make a smartview that will show all the files in a particular folder and then it will automatically keep track of its contents. Then you just right-click it and send it to an empty playlist.
