Hey,

I have just started listening to SHOUTCAST and liked the tunes, and i was wondering hwo i could record the songs,

Im a newbie so any help is good

There is a program called StreamRipper on the www.oddsock.org page that will do this for you.
You could also use the diskwriter plug-in (if I'm not mistaken) in newer winamp versions, but Oddsock's program will also automatically split tracks and all.
It is probably not legal to record streams by the way.
