Fade in, fade out on play, pause
Hello, for some reason my Winamp has stopped fading in and fading out when I play or pause. Now it just stops it suddenly. How do I enable the fadeout again?
Thanks. |

Prefs (Ctrl+P) > Output > double-click DirectSound output > tab Fading
select 'on pause/stop' check 'Enabled' If 'Use custom fade time' is checked, be sure the fade time is set higher than 0 (set it to about 200, 300, whatever). And then the same for the other events for which you want fading (i.e. 'on seek', 'on start', etc.). Screenshot No luck? Try the 'crossfade tweaks' here. If that doesn't work, click the 'Reset all' button at the bottom in the DirectSound output config and then set the fading options again. Also try the DirectSound output tweaks. Still no luck? Please provide system specs. Which file format are you playing? mp3/wma/cd/etc. |
