getting listed

im going thru 365.com right now and it seems to be a case of if the wind is blowing in the right direction i can see my station!! i tried a search in the shoutcast directorys but im not listed...can i also get listed with shoutcast?

ive entered the correct fields in the server info broadcast box but it (shoutcast) cant find my station. does this depend on whether there is more than one person listening?

and ppl still say they cant see the tracks im playing after doing everything told!

p.s. even though when i change my cast to 16kbps@16hz or any other numbers e.g. 20@11 , the box then says "its not recommended continue anyway?" does this mean that some ppl wont be able to tune in or is it simply for listener sound quality? im casting from a 56k and find that the recomended sample rates skip a lot but when i change to these different rates , it does work! hmmm
