I suggest doing a bit of research. 10 minutes of looking around would solve your problem. All of the programs I've seen will copy the filename into any ID3 field you want. Many can also take data from the directory structure to fill in tags.
But bear in mind that this isn't a problem with the ml_iPod plugin, this is a problem with your shitty mp3's.
