How TO Set on -> 128 Kbps <-

I run the server and the highest that I can choose with the plugin is:
MPEG Layer-3
56 kBit/s , 24,000 Hz,stereo 7kb/s

How can I choose a better sound quallity ....... ?

On the tools page click on the link that says "Fhg Radium MP3 1.263" and download it. It is the cracked Fronhoffer Professional Codec and it will allow you to broadcast up to 256kbps.

i downloaded the said codec and ran the installation program. but my shoutcast still won't let me go past 56kbps/22khz. On format it said mpeg layer-3 only. Is there something i missed?

it helps to reboot when you install spiffy new things.

Why do you need a crack? It's not copy protected or anything. :-) go buy it at http://www.opticom.de/producer/prod_prof_spec.htm

Otherwise next time I need more ram in my machine, I'm going to your house and stealing it out of your computer. :-)
