(I'm from holland so my English may be a litle bad)

I can't connetct,
We got to PC's on oure cable conection
One PC go's on the net, that pc has a program cald winroute pro
the program sa's to our cable modem that it is one pc with the ip 213.51.34.44
Than the program conects to the modem and the modem to that program, got it?
Than the program says to that pc it's is the modem (but it isn't) And that pc gets from that program another ip
192.168.1.1 and the second pc were i wanna broadcast from get's the ip 192.168.1.2
so it's a LAN network. The program is a virtural 3rt pc i gess and it leads the internets connections,
The modem thinks ist's just one pc and we can go on the internet together but my pc with winamp can conec't to my shoutcast server but the
server not with shoutcast.

How can i fix this?

i do not think that you can use shoutcast with a proxie server. you might look in the doc.s but im sure you will have more problems that just shoutcast.

No i don't got any other problems i can use msn or icq at 2 pc at the same time(other accounts) and i can do all things but not shoutcast, and maybay microsoft netmeeting has some problems i coulden't connet to someone else with it yeasterday, but thx for you replay!

Ruud - even over naar het Nederlands!
Als ik het goed begrijp heb je nu twee computers in een LAN volgens het volgende schema:

Shoutcast Server                  Hier draait Winamp

Je probleem is dat je wel met C2 aansluiting kan krijgen op C1 met de server, maar dat er niemand is die naar je radio kan luisteren. Dit komt doordat de eerste computer in je LAN automatisch vuurmuur speelt (hehe; firewall, maar goed ik ben nu toch moeilijk aan het doen in het Nederlands) en dus al het inkomende data-verkeer tegenhoudt. Dit levert problemen voor Shoutcast (maar daar was je al achter).

Maarrr ook dat lossen we samen wel op! Je hebt al WinRoute, dus dat valt niet tegen. Wat je nu moet doen is met WinRoute de poorten openzetten die ShoutCast nodig heeft. (Portmapping/Routing). Dit zijn poort 8000 t/m 80xx (zoveel openen als je maximum aantal luisteraars zal zijn en er vanuit gaande dat je dat niet hebt veranderd in de configuratie) en ik geloof ook 666. Maar dit is even uit mijn hoofd. Al het data-verkeer dat door deze poorten heen komt moet uitkomen bij computer 192.168.1.1, zodat het bij de server terecht komt. Op deze manier zal iedereen als het goed is aan kunnen sluiten op je radio.

Je kunt van te voren al testen of je met een computer van in je LAN wel contact krijgt, als het goed is werkt dat namelijk wel.
