When I try to open a file by using "FILE+" then "DIR+" WimAmp crashes and it says "error IN_MJF.DLL and I have to close it. My WinAmp is version 2.65. Will the new version fix it? Is WinAmp even compatible w/ WinME? Is ANYTHING compatable w/ WinMe? ::snort::

I don't know who makes me sicker: AOL or Microsoft.
Please feel free to e-mail me any info to fix this! It USED to work, grrrr....

(And for your info, my AOL account dies and switches to Earthlink DSL in 2 months.)

download Winamp 2.71 (full version)

version history:
- made workaround for bug in in_mjf.dll

or get rid of Mjuice support. Do you really need it? If not unistall it in the 'add/remove programs' control panel and delete 'in_mjf.dll' in 'c:\program files\winamp\plugins' (default).

Thank you! Usually I just download the newest versions, but unless there's a better way than manually moving all my skins over, etc then deleting the old WinAmp version, I'm sick of doing it everytime.

Will go research what Mjuice is to see if I need it.
Thanks again.

No need to uninstall or delete it first. Winamp's setup will replace the files and will keep skins and plug-ins.

Mjuice is a safe audio format. If you don't know it, you don't need it!
