Does anyone know of a program that is free that can take a directory of images and make them into thumbnails?

ACDSEE IMAGE VIEWER !!! It has thumbnail plugin etc... Even makes webpages for you automatically with the thumbnails... Very good program!! You can go to preferences and set the size for the thumbnails, even the quality !!
