the other 'always on top' problem
this isn't the first time i've had this problem before... i remember fighting it before i reformatted and reinstalled. winamp is always on top... even though i unckeck 'always on top' in the right click menu. sure enough, 5 minutes later its automatically rechecked and always on top. anyone ever had this before?

1. While Winamp 5 is not running, go to the WA5 folder. (usually C: \Program Files\Winamp)
2. right click on Winamp.ini 3. select Properties 4. General tab 5. make sure Read-only is unchecked 6. OK button 7. do the same for Studio.xnf -or- Are you using the MMD3 skin? 1. if you have not done so already set it to WindowShade mode. 2. click the CFG/CONFIG button 3. uncheck 'Allways On Top (Auto)'. is this 5 minutes later after a restart of winamp? are you sure that Winamp is closing properly? It will correctly save its settings (AOT is in Winamp.ini) if it closes properly. Also are you using any third-party plugins that are interfering with this? Is the Winamp directory or elements of it write-protected (especially winamp.ini)?

The MMD3 AOT is semi-independent, when it is on that also turns on the "default" AOT.
