Help with Oddcast Requester

I have it all set up and everything.
I can get to it on my computer and my Home Network using

http://192.168.0.100:80

However, nobody else can.
How do I make it so other people can see it?

I'm not sure what "oddcast" is...maybe they have there own forums? (ok, I know what it is, but this is shoutcast discussion thread

thats a private ip address you need to use the public ip address for the outside world to see

well my public IP is 70.181.76.14, however when I go to that, or anyone else (even with the port) it does not load.

Ok...I figured out to open my ports.
I can get to
"http://70.181.76.14:80"
or
"http://70.181.76.14/"
with my computer, but nobody else can.

(That's my public ip)
