Winamp wont open

Everytime i go to open winamp,

The error report pop-up comes up, and asks me if i want to send error report or whatever...

It happens every single time, and i tried re-installing winamp... nothing changed

You'll have to do some specifying:

1) What version of Winamp and where did you download it from?

2) What's your OS?

3) Anything else running while trying to open WA?

4) Boxer or briefs?

I'm sure there's a few more info needed, so give as much detail as you can when reporting an issue.

Another very critical piece of information:

What are the exact contents of the error message?

Are you attempting to run any third-party plugins (or even some skins) with Winamp? These might cause some initialization errors, and plus they aren't supported.

Skins aren't likely to be the cause, unless they are poorly coded modern skins, though.

Without this (and most ) of the information ShyShy requested, we can't really help you, so be sure to let us know.

Also, I'd say a HijackThis log is recommended, but not required in this case. That is, it's not as important, until we know more about the actual error, operating system and plugin setups.
