New skins don't work, help!

Everytime i download a new skin i hit OK for install then the classic skin pops up. I use to be able to get skins back in the day and now i tryed to get a few more good ones and it won't work. Anyone know why its giving me a classic one instead of the new skins.

i have winamp 5.093, XP, and enough mem/space etc..
