about the avs/visualization

Hi,
How do you turn off only the plug in for the avs and not the others? i don't like the avs popping up for every song and would like to have it disabled, but not the other plug ins disabled in the process. is there any other way than to disable the auto-execute box in the preferences? ThankYou in advance.

Disabling the auto-execute box does what you want, you can still use all plugins afterwards, it just won't pop up a visualization (not necessarily avs, you can also select another) for every song.
