Dual Playlist Toggle

I am looking for a Winamp plugin or similar program in which I can have two (or more) side-by-side playlists, and the program plays tracks alternating between each playlist.

In other words, it plays a random track from playlist 1, followed by a random track from playlist 2, then back to 1, and 2, etc.

Does this plugin exist? If not, can it be easily written?

P.S. - Anyone who is willing to write this, you would get both on-air and website recognition from an independent Class A FM radio station.

This can be achieved by using a crossfade/mixer plugin and two instances of Winamp, with Random turned on in both instances. You can also set the crossfader to 0 value, so that the actual crossfading is disabled, but it will still play a track alternately from each instance/playlist.
