Reverse Sync

I just had to blow out my computer due to a virus. Is there any way that I can recover what is on my Ipod and put it back into itunes or winamp without losing anything?

Install ml_ipod if you don't already have it.
With winamp in focus press cntrl+p.
Go to General Preferences > iPod Support.
Click on the Transfer Settings tab and configure the Sync From iPod section the way you want it.
Close the preferences window.
On the media library right click on your iPod (listed under Devices and iPod Tools > copy to hard drive all songs not in ml.
