Winamp look
I'm a bit new to this, however I have been using WINAMP for several months now and can't find a way to show the tool bar that includes FILE, OPTIONS, etc. The top of mine just has WINAMP but no tool bars.

Switch to modern skin.
Right click, Choose Skins -> Winamp Modern |

And if it's still not showing after you switch, then hit the config button on the main window, click the options tab, highlight menus and then tick which options you want, show menus in main window, will put the options bar onto the main window.

Thanks for your replys, however I don't seem to find a menus button. I do have an options button, but there is no listing for menus. I also downloaded a modern skin, checked it in the options tab, but no change to the look.

Not all modern skins have the menu options, in fact I'm struggling to think of any that do, the default winamp modern skin does however have them built in.
Select that skin, as benski indicated, and if the menu bar isn't show by default switch it on as mentioned by clicking the config button/options tab/menus option, I've enclosed a screenshot of the default modern skin in case you are not familiar with what it looks like. If you don't have the modern skin in your skin list, then you have either not installed the full edition of winamp, or deleted it for some reason, you can pick up a new copy of the full instalation of winamp here... http://download.nullsoft.com/winamp/...usic-7plus.exe |

Do a clean install.
I.E. Un-install Winamp completly, then re-install it. |
