Can someone please make me a simple plugin.

Let's say I'm listening to "Eisley - Telescope Eyes"

The plugin then visits "www.mywebsite.com/submit.php?listening=Eisley - Telescope Eyes"

If you could do this for me it would be much appreciated and I would then code a php backend for your average user to have an image generated from this. Or if anyone already knows of such a plugin it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
