My server doesn't work... Why not?

I'm trying to run a little radio station on my computer, so I got the server and the winamp plug-in and configured it fine. I set the PortBase to 6881, a port that I am sure is opened on my firewall.

When I connect, the server console shows this:

Now obviously thats because of my restrictive firewall. But my port is set to 6881 and that port is open..... at least I think it is because I use it on bit torrent.

Any ideas why this isnt working? Any special things I need set on my firewall? Port forwarding or something?
