I am in Canada so is my webhost.
I want to know if I have relay in US do i have to pay US royalties or am i still under Canadian laws?

If i am still under canadian law would you still suggest I advertise in my hometown or advertise on the net only?

people can only guess this answer i would imagine and you are better off getting your answer from someone you can be confident in if you are serious,

someone may say yes thas cool and when it comes to the crunch you are the one dealing with any issues (IF) they arise
