Webmaster Needed

I am looking for new webmaster with the following things:

1. able to Use Sam3 php files

2. knows graphics and design

3. able to work voluntray basis

would be greatly appreciated.

Most people don't want to do this kind of work for free for someone when they don't even know what they're going to be making. You might have some sucess if you tell what kind of website you're trying to build.

I need someone who is willing to finish my current website design for my station and add somethings. If interested I will pm me and I can show you the design and what to be done. if you can do my whole website I am willing to give payment too for a job well done
