aac to mp3?

how can i do it? i want to change some of my aac files back into mp3's so that i can cut them and make ringtone's. help please, thanks

You can use an mp3 output plugin to convert AAC to MP3 in realtime.

You may also want to use dBpowerAMP in conjunction with illustrate's mp4 codec [http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-mp4.htm].
