access file permission

hi, my english is not so well, but i'll try to explain my problem:

My installer supports among others two features:

Install and update.

The problem i have is now that the installation was made by my administrator account and i want to allow updates from a normal user account.

But if the installer creates the files in the outpath, only administrators, system or something like that have permission to replace it (what the update have to do).. so i can't update it from a normal users account.

Is there a possibility to set the filepermisson during the extraction from the installer?
