windows updates ?

any1 know if its possible to check when user ran windows updates last time ? and check for new updates, download and install ?? if any1 know then write some suggestions..

any help appreciated...

Try to search microsoft support site.
I'm not sure this can help you, but i found some links. This, this and this links.
Regestry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Updates keep information about installed hotfixes and their installation date.
