Broadcast Service?

Hello everyone I have a couple of questions.

1. I used Yahoo Site Builder to create my website. Is there something I can use to show a "now playing" and a "previously played" list that automatically updates without me having to go in and change it myself every 5 minutes? I have no idea how php works. I tried a couple of things I saw in some of the other posts but they didn't work for me.

2. I am also unsure about the bandwith. Currently I'm using Comcast High speed internet and I am broadcasting to shoutcast servers at 128 kbps/44,100 kHz (stereo). I see some of the other stations have like 100 ga-billion listeners. My question is how can I braodcast to more than 8 listeners? And where do I find my upload speed? and once I find it how can I raise it if it's low?

3. Is there any (free)or extremely cheap software that will allow me to set up an hourly playlist and that will still allow me to broadcast live?

I know this is a lot of question I do appologize but if anyone can offer any help I would really appreciate it.
