listen guys anybody i'm desperate .

i want to know what i have to do get my shoutout thing up & running from a link to my site i got html & everything from the site all i think i need is to know what to put in under DESCRIPTION, URL, GENRE,AIM, ICQ,IRC or in ADDRESS , PORT .... i'm stuck please help dying to put the best salsa out there ........

As far as the info:
Description: A description of your radio station
URL: The URL link to your website.
GENRE: What kind of music do you play?
AIM/ICQ/IRC - if you have an AIM or ICQ account put it in here. IRC is used if you use an IRC chatroom for your station. These are all optional.
Address/Port: The IP Address and port of your server.

ok first of all is this free because i did everything but i cant find my ip address dont know it & for the url is it just my site or do i have to put the actual link of the radio for the site ....
