i been changing bitrates thru out the day and am now at 48k stereo ..is it coming thru clear?

..i will check out no-ip ...maybe i could come up with a dopey url name like BZoO HomeGrown Radio for a redirect ...lol ..i still have a ton to learn here ...thank you much evil one. '-)
