Had download chinese plugin but can't work

i had download chinese plugin at
http://www.winamp.com/plugins/browse...&query=chinese

but my winamp v 5.05 still unable to work. still can't see chinese work.
need help

try winamp 5.1 for starters.

When i save my mp3 to mp3 player, my player can see chinese. So the file is ok. does anyone know how to set winamp 5.1 to read chinese?
