Not again!

I am sure this question has been asked over and over again... in fact I know it has after doing a search on here however I really can not find any straight answers so here it goes.

How can I display the current song playing on a web page. The page can either be php or HTML. Also, if it can be done is there a way to make it refresh that without reloading the whole page?

I notice alot of stations have this done in flash on their site, does anyone know of any Flash version out there that is open to the public or does anyone know anybody who can do it?

I am using SAM3 if this helps at all.
