create playlist afterwards

Hi,
I want to start a webcaststation which will play loads of music randomly (shuffle) out of a 10.000 song library (with a jingle enqueued now and then). I'm wondering if it's possable to generate a playlist afterwards per day.
I know winamp can remember everything it played for 30 days or so, but is it possable to create the playlist (for example) of all songs played 3 days ago from 00.00 till 00.00 o'clock.
Is there a plug in for it? Can one do it from the program itself?
Hope someone can help!
