Shout cast though a Belkin router

After trying many months i realy need help with this matter ! i have a belkin F5d5231-5 4 port router and cannot cast on it for some reason i dont know ? i have open the port and have enabled port triggering also have a static ip address now and have used a tutorial at www.portforward.com and still it will only cast on a network not "online" please help me i have tried with this router for 2 months and the other router (what exploded) for around 9 months and still no luck
Why does it always use my routers ip address ?? 192.168.x.xx
