Close ALL browser, email, explorer, office, multimedia programs/windows.

Fix these entries ONLY with HJT
(checkmark them in the scan results and click "fix checked")

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3} - (no file)

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Qrmqn] C:\WINDOWS\system32\??sembly\msconfig.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Tbsa] C:\Program Files\trus\astr.exe

O8 - Extra context menu item: &Search - http://bar.mywebsearch.com/menusearch.html?p=ZBzeb032YYUS

O16 - DPF: {F919FBD3-A96B-4679-AF26-F551439BB5FD} - http://winfixer.com/pages/scanner/WinFixer2005ScannerInstall.cab

Now click the "Config" button in the bottom right corner.
Then click the "Misc Tools" button at the top, then click "Open process manager".

Hi-lite this entry, then click "Kill Process"

C:\WINDOWS\system32\??sembly\msconfig.exe

You can now close HJT

Re: this entry

O23 - Service: SpywareCleanerService - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Spyware Cleaner\SCService.exe (file missing)

Either uninstall Spyware Cleaner, or go to:

Start > Run:
Type: services.msc
Hit Enter

In the Services window, scroll down for "SpywareCleanerService", right click it and select 'properties'
Change the StartUp Type to Disabled.
Click Apply/OK and close the Services window.

Then go to:
Start > Run
Type: cmd
Hit Enter

In the Command Prompt, type the following line and hit Enter

sc delete SpywareCleanerService

Close the Command Prompt

The only free AntiSpyware apps you should trust are MS AntiSpyware (which you've already got), Ad-Aware SE, Spybot SD, SpywareBlaster, and no others (Webroot Spysweeper and PC Tools Spyware Doctor are both safe, but performance leaves a lot to be desired, impo)!

Winfixer is definitely not safe, and Spyware Cleaner is not recommended.

Now go to: Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab
Make sure "show hidden files/folders" is checkmarked, and "hide extensions for known filetypes" is unchecked. You might also need to uncheck "hide protected operating system files".

Locate and delete the following files/folders:

C:\Program Files\trus\astr.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\??sembly\msconfig.exe

Note the folder name won't contain two "??" at the beginning, but will be two Unicode characters, probably looking like "Assembly". It is probably safe to just delete this whole subdir, as it is not a default Windows XP subdir of the System32 dir.

Likewise for the "trus" folder... you should just delete it.

Now run Ad-Aware and Spybot SD scans, one after the other.

I'm also a bit wary of these free Poker/****** programs.
I can't guarantee it, but there's a chance that PacificPoker (C:\Program Files\PacificPoker\Utils\Poker.exe) was (one of?) the source(s) of your problems.

You should also run CrapCleaner to clean up all Temp files.

Hope this helps, and good luck.
