Help me!

Hi,

I have a problem with winamp 5.1 last version. When download is completed I can't open it and the program is half opened and froze.

Where is the problem?

Are you talking about the installer or about Winamp itself?

Hi,

I think that the problem starts with the installer. I can download the program, but I can't install it. Just before when it should be finish it doesn't register. It says "please wait while Winamp is being installed" and it froze or it doesn't install till the end.

Are you on a limited user account?

Also, maybe try installing without Sonic Ripping/Burning support (uncheck it in the installer). That component can cause problems on some systems...

If that doesn't make a difference, please provide system specs.

you were right!
The problem was Sonic Ripping/Burning support, I just had to uncheck it.
