receive messages from Winamp (i.e end of track)

need a little help for 2 little problems

i want use winamp to play files from a database using the winamp-API. is there a way to receive messages from winamp (i.e. end of played track reached) ?

when i run 2 winamp instances with a own CLASS, is there a way to load the files seperatly to each of this 2 instances without using the commandline options (ShellExecute) ?
i want use this to crossfade the music controlled by the database.
