address?

I read all that and it didn't help. I put my own IP address in teh address config spot, it didn't connect. I have a server running, it's no-ip (whatever you say it worked b4 so I'm still using it). The main prob is I don't know what to put in the address config, could someone just tell me? This worked once then I had to reformat my HD and I forgot how to set all this up since it's been about a year, I'd appreciate some real help thanks.
